Our fleet is composed of vintage American pick-up trucks and classic trailers, artfully engineered to deliver a premium food and bar service. Our vehicles look beautiful and make the perfect centrepiece for any event, alone or together.

Nighthawk

The Nighthawk is where it all began, the O.G. With its streamlined, classic looks, most would underestimate its ability. Custom-built for us eight years ago and fitted out like a commercial kitchen, it can be towed anywhere by our 1959 International Harvesters Scout, 'Queenie', catering small, medium and large events.
Nighthawk is available to both private and corporate clients with food and alcohol, it makes a beautiful yet functional centrepiece for any event.
Tacohawk

The swiss-army knife of the trucks, Tacohawk is a pocket rocket full of potential. This custom built trailer has both a taco kitchen and a cocktail bar that makes it perfect for smaller events or an add on to one of the other trucks.
It's small and agile to transport but once it's opened up, Tacohawk has a presence like no other.
Sweethawk

Definitely the cutest of all the trucks and fondly referred to as 'Cherry Baby', Sweethawk is the most versatile of the trucks. A custom built Rocket trailer merged with a 1968 International Harvesters Scout, Sweethawk by name, Sweethawk by nature.
From desserts to burgers, available to private and corporate clients, Sweethawk is a perfect solution to an event needing something out of the ordinary.
